How to check the problem when the water temperature of your excavator is too high?

The following is the methods check the problem that water temperature is too high what we provide for you:

1、Check the tension of the fan belt of the diesel engine

2、Check the water level of the coolant liquid for radiator : insufficient coolant level will cause high water temperature.

3、Check whether there is any blockage in the cooling chip cooling air channel of the oil radiator.

4、Check the rust and dirty inside of the water radiator.

5、Check the seal of the sponge seal around the radiator set.

6、Check the seal of the sponge seal around the water radiator and the oil radiator.

7、Check that the oil radiator has no additional protective mesh. Cancel the protective net (to verify if it will also have high water temperature), or install a protective net about 80mm or more from the hydraulic oil radiator (note: the mesh density of the protective net should not be too dense).

8、Check whether there is a spacer between the air filter and the main valve, if not, add a spacer to improve the temperature of the diesel intake air.

9、Check whether the left rear side door and right rear side door are new side doors, if not, replace them with new side doors.

10、Check if the air filter mounting bracket is a new one with holes, if not, replace it with a new one.

11、Check if the hood is a new hood (Note: the new hood has multiple rows of through holes in the middle of the top)
